I always get my oil changed here because it’s convenient, close to work and very friendly. My last visit involved a problem that they identified. They not only recommended a good garage for repairing the problem, but they made sure all of my levels were where they needed to be so that I could make it safely there. This was at no charge and I couldn’t be more grateful. They could have changed my oil, charged me and sent me on my way. These guys care about their customers and they care about the community.

I will literally drive 30 minutes just to take our vehicles here. The service guys were friendly, professional, fast, and thorough. The already competitively-priced oil change included a complementary car wash... a cool modern brushless wash that managed to get all the bugs off. Oh, and without saying a word about it, they noticed my veteran plate and applied a 20% veteran discount! They also have self-serve car washes and a pet wash booth!

My husband and I have had the best customer service here. We love the monthly car wash membership and get our oil changes all done at Lowell Express Car Wash! Bruce cares so much about the community of Lowell and he truly is a leader in the Lowell community. Bruce is letting Aldi build next to the car wash because he knows the Lowell community wants it and he wants to help. My family will continue to support Lowell Express Car Wash! Another example, is the friendly service and smiles from everyone during each oil change. The workers explain to me what they are doing and what any issues are end they do in a way someone like me who isn’t familiar with car mechanics can understand. I love this community and this business!

Love this place! They are always honest, friendly, and super helpful! Andrew went above and beyond and helped me figure out how to reset my A/C today, which is now working perfectly! Highly recommend!

Our car’s engine temperature light came on while we were at their car wash. They were kind enough to take a look for us and check it over. They refilled our coolant and gave us recommendations for where to take it next all without any charge. One of their workers also took the time to explain to us in detail what he believed the problem was. If you’re looking for a place that’s going to treat you like family, this is your place.
